October 20, 2022 | 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Join Young Leaders United (YLU) on Thursday, October 20 from 5:30-6:30pm to hear from Mary Krippner, our Director of Volunteer Engagement and assemble Emergency Care Kits. This is a free event as part of our monthly engagement opportunities.
YLU: It's not just a group, it is a movement!
Our goal with Young Leaders United is to connect young people to the causes and interests they have a desire to be a part of and introduce them to the greater community in which they live, work, and raise families. This initiative creates opportunities for future leaders to participate and empowers them to support and advance the impact of United Way of Central Minnesota. The YLU movement is a unique opportunity for the next generation to become an integral part of the local community and bring about meaningful change.
How does YLU do it? Through creating meaningful monthly engagement opportunities to:
Learn about key issues impacting Central Minnesota
Connect with like-minded peers
Engage in volunteer opportunities with like-minded people
Support local non-profits
Lead your community by being an agent of change
How do I get involved?
