Kids Fighting Hunger

Kids Fighting Hunger is excited to announce the eleventh annual "We Are Thankful" community-wide food packaging event and collection of non-perishable food items on Sunday, November 19, at the Rivers Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud. This event is designed to give adults, children and families in our community a chance to help provide food to families in Central Minnesota.
450 people are needed to package 100,000+ oatmeal and rice meals for area food shelves: Albany, Big Lake, Buffalo, Elk River, Catholic Charities, St. Cloud, Monticello, Cold Spring, St, Joseph and Zimmerman. Packs are at 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and last for about 1.15 hours. Recommended donations are $15 for those younger than age 18 and $30 for adults.
