Join us for a free, Financial Masterclass provided in partnership with Stearns Bank. This two-day class is idea for local nonprofits.
**Please note: Tuesday will run from 9am - 3pm, and Wednesday will run from 9am - 11:45am.
Tuesday, June 10th:
9:00 – 9:15 AM: Welcome & Opening Remarks
9:15 – 10:15 AM: Workshop Session 1 - Topic: Excel Basics: Topics could include: simple formulas, pivot tables, etc.
10:15 – 10:30 AM: Break
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Workshop Session 2 – Topic: Discover what banks look for in nonprofit loan applications, how to prepare your financials, and how to build a strong banking relationship.
11:30-12:30 PM: Lunch & Networking
12:30 – 1:30 PM: Workshop Session 3 – Topic: Compliance & Risk Management Essentials: Topics could include: Covering fraud prevention, internal controls, and essential nonprofit policies like conflict of interest and data privacy.
1:30 – 1:45 PM: Break
