What is 211?
211 is a free, confidential, 24/7 helpline that connects people to essential community resources.
Families can call, text, or search online to find support with food, housing, utilities, childcare, health care, financial assistance, and more.
Trained specialists listen, assess individual needs, and guide callers to the best available services—making it easier to navigate complex systems and get help when it’s needed most.
