Welcome to the official nomination page for United Way of Central Minnesota's Celebration awards! This is your chance to recognize and celebrate outstanding companies and individuals who have made a remarkable impact to support United Way. To submit a nomination, please complete the form as thoroughly as possible, providing detailed information about why your nominee deserves to win. Each person may submit one entry per category, so be sure to choose wisely! A panel of esteemed judges will carefully review all submissions, and the winners will be announced at our  Celebration Event on May 29, 2025. Awards

  1. The Rising Star Award – Like a star rises into the night and shines for all to see, this company chose to rise up in their community by running a United Way campaign for the first time or have reset and reengaged after a period of time. It is truly inspiring when a company starts a tradition of giving their employees the opportunity to be difference makers in Central Minnesota.

  2. MVC (Most Valuable Champion) Award – This award goes to the workplace champion and team who goes above and beyond by planning, coordinating, and facilitating their United Way Campaign. They engage and inspire their coworkers, and create opportunities for them to GIVE, ADVOCATE and VOLUNTEER in the community we all call home.

  3. The Exceptional Event Award  – This award honors the company who engages their employees with creative, fun, and impactful ways to come together for a cause. This could be one main event or several events throughout the year.

  4. The United Way North Star Award – This award recognizes the company who shines extra bright, not only during their United Way campaign but year-round, as their corporate culture embodies what it means to LIVE UNITED. They allow opportunities for all staff to engage in United Way events, volunteer in our community, and acknowledge United Way as a community partner they work with to collaborate and create change.
