Submissions must:
- Incorporate the LIVE UNITED theme and explain how students help others in the community in
no more than 100 words. - Be from a fifth grader who resides within the United Way of Central Minnesota service area.
- Include student’s full name, caregiver’s full name, address, phone number, email address, school
and teacher’s name.
