Crisis Nursery offers parents who are experiencing a stressful situation resources and referrals. A temporary, voluntary safe space for children (age infant-12) for a few hours. Up to 72 continuous hours of care may be avail- able as a last resort.

Program provides utility assistance for people with no place left to turn. Funds are typically used to pay for natural gas, oil, propane, wood, electricity and emergency furnace repairs.

Energy Assistance helps pay a portion of home heating costs and furnace repairs for income-qualified households.

Reach Out For Warmth (ROFW) financial assistance program is a community based emergency fuel fund that was established to assist households whose income is currently over the levels needed for the Energy Assistance program.

Weatherization Program (Energy Conservation Program) provides services to reduce residential energy consumption for income-eligible households.

Low-Income Home Energy program pays a portion of home heating energy costs, works with families to plan for heating expenses, and resolves heating/utility shutoffs. WCCA also offers a Weatherization program.
