Every year, the outpouring of compassion and generosity from thousands of people confirms a belief in United Way and the future of our community. Some donors have gone a step further by arranging a planned gift to United Way.
Making a planned gift through United Way of Central Minnesota is a great way to preserve your values, inspire others around you to give, and forever leave your mark on a community that has been such a big part of your life. Not only is it a great way to support the agencies and causes that are close to you and your family. It is a great way to ensure that your children, their children, and your family will live in a vibrant healthy community for years to come.
United Way of Central Minnesota friends who make a planned gift are recognized as members of the United Way Granite Society. Just as granite has provided a solid foundation for Central Minnesota, Granite Society members will provide a solid foundation for the future of our community.
By combining philanthropy with financial planning, you may be able to give more than you ever thought possible while taking advantage of tax savings and meeting your financial goals. Your gift can be accomplished in a number of ways:

Planned gifts are invested in the United Way Granite Fund, held at the Central Minnesota Community Foundation, an organization that manages millions in endowments and other assets. All gifts will be invested, ensuring growth into perpetuity.
