"Read. Talk. Play. Together Everyday." is the theme of this year's Llama Llama Read-A-Rama, an event to educate children and families on the importance of literacy.  The event will take place on April 30 - a pajama party at the St. Cloud Public Library from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.  Children can enjoy many activities such as crafts, snack time, live llamas, fire truck, SWAT team vehicle, and story time.

Llama Llama Read-A-Rama key goals:

  • Educate on the importance of early learning and literacy for children''s success in school and life
  • Provide reading tips and resources for parents and caregivers
  • Help more parents enroll their children in United Way's Imagination Library free book program
