Gift of a percent of the estate

Contingent Gift
"I give _____% of all of the rest of my property of whatever kind and wherever located to my brother, John Doe, if he survives me, or if he does not survive me, to United Way of Central Minnesota, Inc.
Gift to be added to the United Way's Granite Fund held at Central Minnesota Community Foundation
