Meeting Basic Needs

United Way joins with community partners to provide for basic needs and invest in people's lives through prevention and development programs.

The care area of meeting basic needs addresses such issues as food, clothing and shelter and assists people of all ages and abilities to gain the skills needed to reach greater independence.
